The Role
You will create the advertising, not brief it out.
We are looking for a creative producer in Brazil to make the assets behind our paid acquisition campaigns: static and video, at volume, for a Brazilian audience. You will join our Growth team, working alongside our paid acquisition team in Spain.
This is a hands-on production role, and a performance one. You will design and edit the creative yourself, then watch what it does: which hook held attention, where people dropped off, which variation won. Those answers shape what you make next. Alongside this you will learn the campaign side: how campaigns are structured, which metrics matter, and how to make tactical calls on live activity.
You will also lead social content for the Brazilian market and produce local brand assets in partnership with our Brand team, who set the direction while you bring the local expertise and the execution.
The role covers the Spain team's timezone gap, so you will work with a high degree of independence.
What you will do
Create the advertising
Produce static and video creative for Google, Meta and TikTok at pace and at volume, including multiple variations of a winning idea
Structure creative for performance: hooks, pacing, captions, clarity of message, the things that hold attention rather than just look good
Use AI generation tools to work faster, and keep finding better ones
Bring what is genuinely working in Brazil into the work: trends, formats and cultural context that a brand from outside the country would miss
Close the loop between creative and performance
Track how your creative performs and iterate on the basis of what you see
Work with campaign data alongside the paid team: what is working, what to scale, what to stop
Build your campaign skills over time, with support from the team
Brand and social in Brazil
Lead Brazilian social content end to end, from identifying the trend to publishing
Produce local brand assets with our Brand team
Support occasional events and user research in the Brazilian market
What makes you the ideal candidate
You produce creative yourself. Both static and video. We will ask to see a body of work you personally made.
You have made advertising, not only content. Your work has been measured on performance, and you have iterated on the basis of those results.
You can explain why an ad works. Not only whether it looks good. If you think in terms of hooks, retention and what makes someone stop scrolling, you will recognise this job.
You produce at volume. Testing several versions of an idea is normal to you, not a special request.
You know the tools. Figma, Illustrator, CapCut or equivalents, plus the AI generation tools that make you faster.
You are comfortable with data. You do not need to be an analyst, but ROAS, CPA and CTR should be familiar, and reading a campaign dashboard should hold no fear.
You are current on Brazil. You understand what resonates locally right now and can produce for that audience.
You work in English. You will collaborate with the Spanish team daily, so fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
You work independently. This role covers a timezone gap and calls for someone who can set their own pace.
You have consumer experience. Brands, products or apps aimed at consumers rather than at other businesses.
Drive and craft matter more than years of experience. If you have been producing advertising creative for a couple of years and want to grow into the performance side, we would like to hear from you.
